Overview

Talent is the whole game. As Recruiter you’ll own full-cycle hiring across engineering and operations — sourcing exceptional technical and cleared candidates, running a tight and respectful process, and helping us grow without lowering the bar. You’ll champion our veterans hiring and help build a team that reflects Canada.

What you’ll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing.
• Build pipelines of senior engineering and cleared / clearable talent.
• Drive veterans and diversity outreach and a great candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and keep the bar high.
• Build the systems and employer brand that make hiring repeatable.

What we’re looking for

• Track record recruiting technical and/or cleared talent, ideally full-cycle.
• Strong sourcing, judgment, and candidate-experience instincts.
• Organized, driven, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
• Eligible for Canadian Government security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring in defence, deep tech, or security-cleared environments.
